Feeding America has designated September as National Hunger Action Month. In Orange County, an estimated 13.7% of Orange County residents are facing hunger. Through the work of nonprofits, local government, houses of worship, and everyday people, we are working every day to help eradicate food insecurity across Orange County communities. Whether your contribute to a food drive or lead one yourself, make a donation to a local food security nonprofit, or just let your neighbors and friends know about this issue, you help us pursue a future where hunger is a thing of the past.
